Virtual Registers

The virtual registers of corporations, of co-ownership, and of trusts aim to ensure the safekeeping and longevity of the documents (meetings, agendas, insurance policies of Businesses, various contracts and agreements, etc.) produced by directors, shareholders, and trustees as well as to syndicates of co-owners.

The notary, a public officer, acts as custodian of the documents essential to the proper management of theses legal persons and ensures their preservation in the event of any change of manager, trustee, or member of the board of directors.

Trust

The Virtual Register of Trusts enables trustees to keep up-to-date and electronically and securely save documents relating to the trust.

Corporations

The Virtual Register of Corporations enables directors to keep up-to-date and electronically and securely save the registers, resolutions and minutes of the corporation.
